Collected Personal Data

Able & Mason will collect and store the following data for long term future reference including, but not exclusively,

Personal Names, Addresses, Telephone Numbers, Email Addresses, Descriptions of Customers Work, Messages, Electronic Communications

Able & Mason may also require Customer Bank details for such business functions as taking payments or making refunds, however this data will be treated with the strictest confidence and will not be retained long term by the business once the purpose of retaining such information has been met. 

All confidential data will be stored securely and any data that does not have any direct bearing on the function of the business either present or future, will be kept secured until such time as it can be erased permanently. 

Purpose of collecting data

Able an Mason only collect information and data that is relevant to the function of the business, such data can and will be collected verbally, electronically and in writing, and used to improve customer experience and improve business functions, for example: personal contact details will be retained for the purposes of carrying out work on the customers property and will be used and disclosed only on a need to know basis within the business and only by customer consent to partner 3rd parties. 

Records of full contract details will be retained by the business for the purposes of future data analysis, business forcasting, organisation and function, policy, liability and litigation and communications.
